HCC CARE CENTER HAS STUDENTS COVERED!
Pathfinders, we’ve got you covered!
The HCC Care Center is an on-campus resource that offers free non-perishable food,
plus cleaning and personal hygiene items, to help support you through the semester.
Due to the ongoing federal government shutdown and the expected pause in SNAP benefits
beginning in November, students currently receiving SNAP may now visit the Care Center
twice per month instead of once.
Meanwhile, the Henderson Area Nursing Students and HCC Wellness Committee are conducting
a special Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Care Center now through November
21!
Please consider donating non-perishable food, personal hygiene items, or cleaning
supplies — especially toilet paper, which is in high demand.
Collection boxes are located in all HCC buildings, or you can make a cash donation
and HCC staff will use it to purchase the Center’s most urgent needs: https://ow.ly/vTxc50XfTnA
