Good leadership is crucial to the continuing development, expansion, and continued improvement of Henderson Community College. The Chancellor's Cabinet includes the College Chancellor, Chief Academic Officer, Dean of Enrollment Management, Chief Business Officer, Director of Knowledge Management, and the Chief Institutional Advancement Officer.

Members of the Chancellor's Leadership Team include the College Chancellor, the Cabinet, Division Chairs, Faculty Chair, the Workforce Solutions Coordinator, the Technology Solutions Director, the Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations/Campus Safety, the Marketing and Media Relations Manager, the Director of Financial Aid, the Director of Human Resources, the PAC Director of Program Facilitation, the Coordinator of Student Engagement & Retention, the Coordinator of Community Outreach, and college advisory board members.
