Good leadership is crucial to the continuing development, expansion, and continued
improvement of Henderson Community College. The President's Cabinet includes the College President, Interim Chief Academic Officer, Dean of Enrollment
Management, Chief Business Officer, Director of Knowledge Management, and the Chief
Institutional Advancement Officer.
Members of the President's Leadership Team include the College President, the Cabinet, Division Chairs, Faculty Chair, the Workforce Solutions Coordinator, the Kentucky Adult Education Director, the Technology Solutions Director, the Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations/Campus Safety, the Coordinator of Public Relations, the Director of Financial Aid, the Director of Human Resources, the PAC Director of Program Facilitation. the Coordinator of Student Engagement & Retention, Transfer Coordinator, and the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) Coordinator, and elected faculty and staff representatives to the HCC Board of Directors.
