Need an official transcript? It’s easy to get one—and we’re here to help.

A transcript is the complete record of your academic work at HCC, including your classes, your grades, and any credentials earned. You’ll need an official transcript to transfer to another college or university, and you might need one if you’re applying for a job.

How to Order Your Transcript

Place your order online through the National Student Clearinghouse. This is the fastest way to get your transcript delivered, and you can choose your delivery method. There is a charge associated with ordering your transcript online, and the total cost can vary.

From the National Student Clearinghouse transcript ordering page you'll type in the name of the college (Henderson Community College) as shown so that it displays:

Select Henderson Community College as the college to order the transcripts from and then click Continue to advance to the next page:

The page that follows explains that information will be sent to you via email if you have any current issues with your college account and delivery information payment information. Click Order Transcripts at the bottom of the page to continue to pages requesting address and payment information.
