Lower Costs:  Our tuition is the lowest in the state—less than half of what you would pay at a four-year university. 

In-State Tuition:  All military-affiliated students using the GI Bill® and current service members and their spouses whose home of record is Kentucky will receive in-state tuition.  Online classes are available at in-state tuition rates for all students.

Online Classes:  HCC is part of the Kentucky Community & Technical College System, the largest provider of online learning in Kentucky.  We currently offer 166 programs (degrees, diplomas, and certificates) that can be completed fully online, an option suitable for students who work, have childcare needs or other scheduling conflicts. 

Classes Fit Your Schedule:  HCC offers course sessions in 4-16 week formats, so you can always find something to fit into your busy schedule.

Get a Job Faster:  HCC's workforce development programs target Kentucky’s high growth industry sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy, Technology, Business, Transportation, and Logistics.  Some programs in these fields can be completed in four months or less—a great option for those service members and veterans wanting to return to the civilian workforce quickly with high-demand skills.
