I turn in most (well, some) of the homework and I think I’m studying, but I’m not getting good grades. Is there too much to do? You have no clue how to do it?! Why is it even important to have homework in college? Learn to study effectively before your grade takes a nose dive.

Discover the secrets to successful note-taking. Come learn how to become a more effective and engaged note-taker and increase your overall study skills.

Testing, Testing, 1.2.3: Developing Test Taking Strategies and Dealing with Test Anxiety

Discover some test taking strategies that will help to calm your nerves and focus on the exam. In this workshop we’ll look at the different types of exams and some helpful ways to relieve test anxiety.

Learn ways to combat the stressors in your life by becoming a more efficient and effective Time Manager.  You will be surprised how much stress you can relieve by being organized and aware of where the time goes.

Learn strategies to reduce your Math Anxiety and become a better Math student.  You too can conquer Algebra!!
