Note: Any student who meets one half or the "AND" statement but not the other may appeal to be allowed to take the course. If sufficient evidence is present that the student has the required math background to be successful then the appeal will be granted and the student will be allowed
entrance into the course. If the student is unsuccessful after having been granted an appeal then the student is not automatically allowed to retake the same course.
