MLT STUDENT SURVEY OF PROGRAM RESOURCES

Medical Laboratory Technician Program

The purpose of this survey instrument is to evaluate our program resources.  The data compiled will aid the program in an ongoing process of program improvement.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Consider each item separately and rate each item independently of all others. Select the rating that indicates the extent to which you agree with each statement. Please do not skip any item!

5 = Strongly Agree
4 = Agree
3 = Neutral (acceptable)
2 = Disagree
1 = Strongly Disagree

Learning / Computer Resources:

The library hours are convenient to student schedules
The libraries provide sufficient materials to support classroom assignments
Program assignments require the use of library references, journals, textbooks and electronic media

Student Instructional Support Services (Tutors, Computer Lab, etc):

Tutorial assistance is available when needed
Audiovisual and computer equipment are available to students for class assignments and activities
Computer resources are adequate to support the curriculum

Practicum Coordinator Support:

The Practicum Coordinator prepared you effectively for the externship experience
The Practicum Coordinator provided oversight during the Practicum Experience
You were able to contact the Practicum Coordinator during the externship if you had any questions
