Payments in person can be made at the Cashiering Office, located in the Sullivan Technology Center (STC) Building, 2nd Floor, Room 217. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m and Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Failure to pay in full, confirm Third Party arrangements (employer, Voc Rehab, etc) MAY result in cancellation of your registration. For payment, billing, or schedule information please visit http://www.henderson.kctcs.edu to check your KCTCS email and/or PeopleSoft account or call (270) 827-1867. Note: KCTCS policy calls for not releasing any transcript or permitting future enrollment or withdraw until an account is in good standing.
You MAY be REMOVED FROM THE CLASS ROSTER and assessed a $75 LATE FEE if tuition is not paid, third party/financial aid is not verified, or payment plan contract is not complete by the established deadlines.
Please remember to check the Academic Calendar for withdraw/refund dates to avoid any unintended financial liability.
**In order for students to withdraw from a course, students must utilize the Online Withdrawal Process in Student Self-Service/PeopleSoft
