HCC TO HOLD REGISTRATION EVENT

Published on Nov 6, 2019

Henderson, KY – It’s never too early and never too late to start your postsecondary education at Henderson Community College (HCC). That’s the message and theme of HCC’s November 16 open house. The Never Too Early, Never Too Late event will be held on the second floor of the Sullivan Technology Center in the Start Center, and will run from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

The college invites any prospective student or parent to attend and learn more about HCC. Representatives from each of the college’s academic programs will be available to speak with and advise students and parents.

“Henderson Community College has a variety of degrees, diplomas and certificates to help students achieve their academic goals,” said Dr. Chad Phillips, Registrar and Interim Director of the Start Center. “Whether you want to work towards a bachelor’s degree or earn a health care certificate in eight weeks, HCC can help you achieve your goals.”

Additionally, admissions counselors and financial aid staff will be there to answer questions.

“One of the common misconceptions about college is that it’s too expensive, but it doesn’t have to be.” said Vince Tweddell, HCC Recruiter. “HCC is affordable, and we offer numerous scholarship and grant opportunities that many aren’t currently familiar with.”

HCC staff and faculty are committed to student success. Come learn why it is never too early, never too late to start your education at HCC. HCC is located at 2660 South Green Street in Henderson, KY. For more information on the college or our programs, please visit the HCC website.
