Henderson, KY – On every Thursday throughout the month of July, prospective and current Henderson Community College (HCC) students can receive advising and registration assistance from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. During these appointments, students have the opportunity to complete their new student orientation, meet with financial aid, and get enrolled in the fall term.

On Thursdays in July, students can complete the admissions and registration process in a single day. Dr. Chad Phillips, Dean of Enrollment Management and Registrar, stressed the importance of not waiting to get enrolled and the one-on-one support students receive at HCC. Dr. Phillips said, “Enrolling in college can be scary, and HCC’s staff is here to help students through the process. Whether it’s creating a schedule to meet your individual needs or walking you through the FAFSA, HCC is committed to helping you achieve your academic goals.”

In addition to extended Thursday services throughout the month of July, HCC will be hosting “Go for the Gold” on July 22nd, an event celebrating the unlimited possibilities of HCC and Murray State University- Henderson students.

While walk-in students are welcome to attend, prospective and incoming students are encouraged to call 270-827-6158 to sign-up for an appointment time. Services on July 1st will be provided virtually.
