Want to learn how to cook Thai food?

Embark on a culinary adventure where you will learn to make a traditional meal under the instruction of an experienced Thai chef, Wanphen McDonald, who has cooked for Thailand's royal family. You will learn basic food preparation and how to select ingredients and how to substitute hard to find ingredients. You will help in the preparation of a different Thai dish each week, including Thai Tuna Relish with Mixed Vegetables, Thai Spicy Pork Salad, Massaman Beef, Thai Stir Fry Chicken with Cashew Nut and Vegetables, Hot and Sour Chicken Soup with Lemongrass. Enjoy your creation while your instructor shares her recipes and discusses Thai food culture! Portions are snack size.
