Taste of Thailand

Embark on a culinary adventure where you ll learn to make a traditional meal under the instruction of an experienced Thai chef who has cooked for Thailand s royal family. You will help in the preparation of a different Thai dish each week, including Spring Rolls with Homemade Dipping Sauce, Chicken Coconut Soup with Galangal, Fried Rice Noodles, Stir-Fry Chicken, and Spicy Thai Grilled Beef Salad. Enjoy your creation while your instructor shares her recipes, discusses Thai food culture and also demonstrates her fascinating food carving skills! Portions are snack size.
