Henderson Community College will host an ACT preparation seminar on Saturday, December 7, 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. in the Sullivan Technology Center (STC). Enrollment is limited and students are encouraged to register now.

Students can register until test day, December 7. Students need to enroll for the seminar at the prepforthefuture site or by calling 1-866-223-9691. Payment can be made online or students can bring a check made out to Sycamore Learning Center to the seminar. The cost of the seminar is $79 and includes an extensive study guide that has three full-length practice tests with in-depth answer explanations for each question. The seminar also includes:

A presentation full of tips and strategies that help students attain their highest possible scores.
A special focus on the Math and Science sections for the ACT.
Detailed explanation on how to write the Essay portion of the test.
Highly-rated and experienced presenters conducting the seminars.
College scholarship opportunities available to students who attend the seminar.
All offered in a 5-hour seminar that is efficient, affordable, and fun for the students.

The only materials needed for the seminar will be a calculator and 2 pencils.
