HCC Offers OSHA Courses

Henderson Community College s Workforce Solutions is offering 10 and 30 hour General Industry OSHA courses.

The 10 hour course is designed for people at the entry level responsible for supervision, management, safety, and company employees. The 30 hour course establishes a foundation for a company safety program by applying OSHA safety and health standards, policies and procedures.

Upon successful completion of these courses, participants receive a wallet card from the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety amp; Health Administration certifying successful completion of 10-hour/30-hour Occupational
Safety amp; Health Training Course in General Industry Safety amp; Health.

Classes are held at Henderson Community College s Sullivan Technology Center, room 310, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 to 8:00 pm from May 12 to May 21, 2015, for OSHA 10, and continued through June 18, 2015 for OSHA 30. Costs vary and some discounts may apply.
