HCC is following an executive order from Kentucky governor Stephen Beshear to ban all tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) on KCTCS campuses as of May 11, 2015.

HCC will mark the 50th anniversary of its first graduating class of the Associate Degree in Nursing Program with recognition at May 8th's commencement ceremony as well as a reception on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 6 PM in room 310 of the William L. Sullivan Technology Center.

She is a graduate of Henderson Community College and the Murray State University two plus two program in Elementary Education.
