Henderson Community College (HCC) is proud to recognize students who achieved Dean’s List and Honor Roll recognition for the Spring 2019 Semester. The Dean’s List recognizes students who have earned an overall semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher in college level courses and the Honor Roll recognizes students who have earned an overall semester grade point average of 3.0 or higher in college level courses.
Henderson Community College’s Health Science Technology Program is designed to prepare students for entry-level career opportunities in the field of healthcare and health-related services. The program is structured for those students who seek jobs right after earning their degree, as well as for currently employed individuals wanting to gain more skills for greater career options. Those who complete this program will graduate with the skills for direct care services as well as health care delivery and an Associate in Applied Science degree.
FAME is a "work and learn" program that gives participating students the opportunity to earn an industry recognized degree while gaining valuable experience at a manufacturing company. Benefits include completion in 5 semesters, employer pays 1/2 of the student's tuition, competitive wages, scholarship opportunities, and potential to graduate debt-free.
