For the 13th year, Henderson Community College's The Hill was named the best overall paper in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System's Student Newspaper Competition on Monday.
This year, the student newspaper also earned 16 awards at the annual Kentucky Intercollegiate Press Association convention held Feb. 29 through March 1 in Lexington.
