Student Records

Request Your Transcript or Verify Enrollment

Keep in mind:

  • If you pick up your transcript or request that we mail it to you, it will be stamped “STUDENT COPY,” and will not be official.
  • If you have attended another KCTCS institution, that coursework will be included on the HCC transcript.
  • If you are transferring to another KCTCS institution, it is not necessary to request an HCC transcript.

Ways to Order Your Transcript:

Online

Henderson Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will be charged only after your order has been completed.

  • To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse secure site.
  • The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Base cost is $5 per transcript with a $2.25 processing fee per order (not per transcript).
  • Transcripts will be processed by our office within 2 business days after the order is received from the Clearinghouse. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status and history online.

In Person

Transcripts can be requested in person by coming to the Start Center located on the second floor of the Sullivan Technology Center.

  • Transcripts to be mailed or picked up within 2 business days are $5 per copy.
  • Transcripts processed immediately are $7 per copy.
  • Transcripts to be faxed are $10 per copy.

By Mail

  • Download, complete and mail the Transcript Request Form.
  • Make checks or money orders payable to Henderson Community College.
  • Mailed transcripts are $5 per copy.
  • Faxed transcripts are $10 per copy.

Enrollment Verification

You may need to have your enrollment verified for medical or car insurance, scholarships, or for others who are financially supporting your studies at the college.

Two ways to obtain enrollment verification:

Online

  • Log into your PeopleSoft Self Serve Account.
  • Select KCTCS Student Administration.
  • Select KCTCS Student Records.
  • Select Student Clearinghouse Verify.
  • Select Home Campus from drop-down menu.
  • Select Step 2.
  • Select Self Service Enrollment Verification.
  • Select appropriate verification.

In Person

Stop by the Start Center on the second floor of the Sullivan Technology Center and complete an enrollment verification form. Please allow 48 hours for the forms to be processed. You may pick the form up or we will be happy to mail it for you.
