Steering Henderson Community College into the future 

Good leadership is crucial to the continuing development, expansion, and continued improvement of Henderson Community College. The President’s Cabinet includes the Dean of Academic Affairs, the Dean of Student Affairs, Chief Business Affairs Officer, the Chief Information Technology Officer, Chief Institutional Advancement Officer, Dean of Workforce Solutions, Director of Cultural Diversity, the Assistant Dean/Director of Planning, Evaluation and Research, and the Executive Assistant to the President.

Members of the President’s Leadership Team include the Cabinet, Faculty Vice-Chair, Division Chairs, Professional Development Coordinator, the QEP Director, the most recent graduate of the President’s Leadership Seminar (KCTCS) and the staff representative to the HCC Board of Directors.
