Finding Jobs in a Global Economy

Career Services at Henderson Community College is committed to providing assistance in the areas of career counseling and the job search process to students, alumni, and community members. Several forms of assistance are offered. A counselor is available to meet with students/alumni/community members on an individual basis to explore majors/career options and to address personal concerns about the job search process.

HCC Employability Skills Seminar

An Employability Skills Seminar is offered each fall and spring semester. This eight week, one credit-hour course, focuses on how to conduct an effective job search. Included in this course is information about resume writing, networking, interviewing, and applying for a job.
