HCC students have live access to financial aid and student account assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Go KCTCS! Student Service Center. Students can call 855-GO-HCC44 (855-464-2244) or visit the website to ask about financial aid, password resets, charges and payments, Blackboard and Learn on Demand.

As part of a System wide KCTCS Transformation initiative, HCC students will be able to receive assistance by email, phone, or live chat anytime, anywhere. Items that cannot be addressed by service center staff will be passed on to a designated, trained professional on our campus.
