Arts and Humanities

The Division of Arts and Humanities offers courses that transfer to four-year institutions with subjects such as English, Communications, Music, Art, Theatre, Religion, Philosophy, and Photography.  Most courses satisfy requirements for the Associate in Arts and the Associate in Science degrees while others support the completion of the Associate in Applied Science degree.  Whether you are pursuing a technical degree program or intend to transfer, we will meet your academic needs.  Other divisional offerings include student activities such as community chorus, community theatre, the HCC Literary Magazine, and art shows.  We invite you to get involved!
